Those directly affected by former forced welfare measures and placements up to 1981 (administrative care, forced castrations and sterilizations or forced abortions, forced adoptions as well as placements as foster, boarding or foster children and children in institutions) can contact us.
With the revision of the Federal Act on the Reappraisal of Forced Measures and Placements prior to 1981 (AFZFG), the submission deadline for the solidarity contribution was abolished. The amendment to the law came into force on November 1, 2020.
