Luisa is here

Sexually motivated violence has no place in our society and therefore also in nightlife. Flirting is part of nightlife, but unfortunately there are always partygoers who overstep the boundaries. With “Luisa”, we are sending out a signal that sexual violence has no place in our club and bar scene.

For those affected:

Contact us with the question
“Is Luisa here?”
to the staff.

The employees of the company will take you to a place where you can retreat. This can be a staff room or the kitchen.

The staff will ask you how they can help you, e.g. call a cab, call a friend or the police.

When you are picked up, the staff will stay with you until you are safely in a cab or with someone you know.

Employees must ensure that you do not come into contact with the person who caused the accident.

If necessary, the employees call the police or a health facility.

Important: You decide which steps should be taken.

For interested companies:

How does Luisa present herself in the bar, in the club, in the disco?

Luisa is present, but does not impose herself. Visitors are made aware of Luisa directly in the club or bar, at the checkroom or in the toilets by means of posters and QR codes.

What do I have to do as a club, bar or disco to take part in Luisa?

Be prepared to hang up the free information materials available in the company!
Ensure that employees know about “Luisa” – i.e. they know what to do – when “Luisa” is asked for.

Help us by setting an example in your company against sexualized violence in our society.
