If you are a victim of violence, you want to be supported easily and as discreetly as possible without attracting attention. This is guaranteed at the new location at Steinengraben 5. A number of other organizations, such as the University of Basel’s student advisory service, are also based here.

The new premises offer a range of additional benefits for our clients and employees:

• Barrier-free access to the meeting rooms
• Discretion in the waiting area
• all rooms are on the same floor (4th floor)
• Meeting area separate from the offices

The new location is also centrally located and can be reached quickly on foot and by public transport from the SBB train station.

The move was not easy for all employees. For over 18 years, the stylish, vine-covered house at Steinenring 53 was the home of the victim counseling center. Some people have grown very fond of the place. But the advantages of the new location outweigh the disadvantages and provide motivation. And make you forget the stress of moving…
